How to Combine Brass and Charcoal on an Oak Desk
I want to put a gold lamp on my bright oak desk, but what color should my other items be? Gather the brass color into the accents and the charcoal color into the work tools. It is a combination that connects the textures of cork and fabric.

The products below are models to use as a reference when creating this atmosphere, and do not represent the exact model of the product in the photo or an actual user review.
The space, furniture, and product details of the expanded area may differ from the actual appearance, so please look at it as a layout idea.
Set the widest side as the reference color
Let's start with elements with a large area, such as the desk desktop, as a standard. In this example, light oak is the base color, and the beige of the walls and curtains provide support around it.
If you already have a wood desk, try placing it with white and beige accessories around you before choosing a new desk. If it is difficult to match all wood colors the same, there is a way to reduce the brightness of the props first.

The brass color is in a place that is easily visible to the eye.
If you use one brass colored light as a focal point, it becomes clear where the eye will focus. Instead of matching cups, picture frames, and storage boxes all in shiny colors, first look at the lighting first and look at the overall impression.
The color of the light body and the color of the light emitted by the bulb are separate. When purchasing, please check not only the body finish, but also whether the bulb is included and the compatible specifications. Turn it on during the day and at night, and adjust the direction or position of lampshade when the light shines on the screen.
